Key wedding questions & answers for guidance
IMAGE EDIT & DELIVERY
We aim to deliver your edited images within 6 to 8 weeks, or even sooner, depending on our workload. In the rare event that it takes longer, we will inform you promptly.
All selected wedding images undergo natural color correction. If you prefer a color-grade film look for your photos, please inform us.
Your high-resolution edited images will be accessible through an online gallery for three months. This allows easy sharing with your loved ones, and the photos can be printed without any watermarks.
FILM EDIT & DELIVERY
Video editing typically requires around 8 to 10 weeks to complete,.
We offer one round of changes for your highlight clip, which includes selected music.
Your highlight clip will be accessible online, allowing you to easily share it with your family and friends. Additionally, the full church service and reception footage will be made available for download online or provided on a USB drive.
We use professional cameras to capture all footage and sound, with backup media in case of any technical issues.
COVERAGE DETAILS
Our coverage typically encompasses various important aspects of your wedding day. This includes capturing shots of the bride and groom getting ready, documenting the reception area and table setups, capturing individual portraits of the bride and groom, documenting the ceremony, capturing the bridal entourage, capturing formal family photographs, and, of utmost significance, conducting a dedicated couple session after the wedding.
In addition, we ensure coverage of reception speeches, cake cutting, and the first dance, depending on the hours booked for our services.
SECURE BOOKING
Upon receiving your inquiry, we will promptly provide you with a personalized quotation. Once you accept the quotation and agree to the terms outlined in the contract, your wedding date will be officially provisionally secured.
In the event that you need to change your wedding date and the new date is available in our schedule, we are more than happy to accommodate the change. However, if the new date is already booked, we will offer a couple shoot to the value of your deposit.
Please be aware that securing our services for your wedding day is contingent upon accepting the quotation, signing the contract, and paying the non-refundable deposit.
PAYMENT PROCESS
To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit of R5000 is required for photography. If you also book video with us, a R10 000 deposit will be required. The remaining payment is due 45 days prior to your wedding day. We prioritize the exclusivity of our services for your chosen date once the deposit has been paid. Consequently, we do not offer the same date to any other clients.
Any additional items ordered before the wedding are also due for payment 45 days before the event, except for wedding albums
Wedding albums can be ordered within one year of your wedding date.
TRAVEL & ACCOMODATION
We include 100km of travel from major city centres in our standard package. Any additional travel beyond this distance will be discussed with you, and a charge of R5.50 per kilometer will apply, which covers both the mileage and any toll fees associated with long-distance travel.
For distances exceeding 200km from our home base, we require accommodation for our team members due to safety concerns associated with late-night travel on South African roads.
In the case of destination weddings, we provide a detailed quote that includes flight and accommodation costs. As an added value, we often offer extra hours of coverage at no additional charge to offset these expenses.
